  Ok. I’ve created one post just for testing ur stuff;

  I’ve put class=”wmp” under custom javascript thumbnail effects of Next Gen Gallery & in ur plugin settings I’ve clicked on “Disable Description” option…

  Thank you Rahesh. I#va take a look on your blog. You have many plugins installed, and every plugin makes use of an another javascript framework. There ist prototype, jquery, scriptaculous and mootools no integrated. Thats too strange!
  You have installed pluguns like lightbox plus. Check out if you need this plugins with this many javascript. When not, deactivate it and test the multibox again!

  This is a wonderful tool but it doesn’t not seem to work with other plugins

  Currently I use a lot from LesterChan’s website , and stuff like ajax comments

  any ideas whats causing the problem ?

  I have tried deactivating all of the plugins and it does work.

  But ya, 1 adv with lightbox over urs was opening a pic in new tab or right clicking it didn’t allow pic 2 b opened separately - nothing major, but probably smthg u can luk into; but ur effect is way 2 good than lightbox. Kudos!

  I’m using your plugin , with Excerpt editor. When I activated excerpt editor to force the homepage to show shortened versions. The effect the multibox had on pictures did not apply after the change. Can you pleas take a look. at http://www.Khonna.com/risk.

  1) The home page does not have the effects applied to image
  2) If you click on a specific article with an image then you can see your plugin is in full effect working.

  Any solutions to this would be a SERIOUS step forward , thank you !

  Oh, yes you can. Just switch to the html mode of your editor and add to the a tag this code: rel=”width:640,height:480″. On the next click the multibox opens width the correct width and height for your movie!

  Thanks admin, I’ll check that out. A further small problem with missing images: I note that there are some player images being called that are not in the images directory. as follows
  **/plugins/wordpress-multibox-plugin/images/leftplay.png
  **/plugins/wordpress-multibox-plugin/images/play.png
  **/plugins/wordpress-multibox-plugin/images/pause.png
  **/plugins/wordpress-multibox-plugin/images/leftplayDisabled.png
  **/plugins/wordpress-multibox-plugin/images/playDisabled.png

  In my download archive they are not included, but the php file calls for them. You may want to fix this.??

  Ok, looking more closely, I think they have been named wrongly.
  leftplay.png should be left.png (as this exists in the images folder)
  play.png = right.png
  pause is missing.
  leftplayDisabled = leftDisabled.png

  Hey Richard, many thanks for this hint. There have been realy lost some images on the last update. I fixed the problem naw. In a few minutes there are the new version 1.2.6 coming out with all pictures included!

  any idea why when playing the WMV (windows media player) in Internet Explorer 6,7,8 if you close the window after the sound starts, the black background remains on the screen for about 7 seconds and the sound keeps playing without the movie being present?

  Thanks for a great plugin that I’d really like to use.
  I have two questions that I hope someone can answer:

  just edit your style.css and fin the class #outer. Delete the z-index attribute from this class. Please test your site if there is anything okay after saving your css.

  When you dont can write thins when you post images, please update your blog. Then the description and title in the multibox works fine. Please upate the multibox to the actual release too!

  A small update, with mootools 1.2 nothing happens and with 1.1 I get the empty window. I have set chmod all files/dirs within the plugin folder of multi-box to 755 (was set to 644). I checked source page and can confirm the JS scripts are there, and are all accessable. If you have any suggestions for me to check I will be very thankfull

  i think there is a problem with another included plugin on your blog. And i think too, the problem makes these javascript: blog/wp-includes/js/prototype.js?ver=1.6

  I dont know what plugin is loading the prototype. But you can deactivate at first all plugins and activate then the first one, reload the blog and check, then the second one and so on.

  You are the best! You may never guess again I downloaded all my plugin folders, then searched for the ones having “prototype” string in it, then, one for one, I disabled these untill it worked again. It was the “Optimize DB” plugin.

  I’m currently testing you plugin on my website http://www.hotnhere.com I was wondering if you could tell me how you where able to link a single image to a multiple image gallery. I’ve tried using it with Next Gen image gallery but it doesn’t seem the work the right way.

  Also I noticed you talk about an “advanced” in your image upload window in order to edit the description of the images, but I nor to a couple of other WP user have this tab you’re talking about. I think it would be very helpful to me and the rest of the users if you could please list which plugins you are currently using along with Multibox in order to get right results.

  Hello Patrick,

  for this thing you understand me wrong. The multibox can browse over all images on a page that are linked to big picture versions automatically. The multibox can not show a slideshow from a single images with an link to a gallery. This works only for all images on the same page.

  But it is an interesting feature I think about it.

  Hello Deyson,

  thank you for feedback. Which Editor you use on which Wordpress? It seems like that the editor adds this when you save your post. Pleas change your editor to sourcecode view and check what rel attribute is set after saving.
  If there is rel=”width…height” after saving in the editor but not on your article in the frontpage, there you have an plugin installed that change the sourcecode.
  If this is so, make the following steps:
  Download your complete plugin folder an make a search to “nofollow” as content in the files. When you hit some files, check which plugin are used this and deactivate it when you dont need it in your blog!

  I got the video to look exactly the way I want it to,

  The problem I have now, Is that I installed Ajaxed for word press, so when I click on read more on the blog and then click the video it takes me to a new page to play the video.

  If I do not click on read more, the video plays fine in Multi-Box.

  do you mean this in association with the next gen gallery? Are you on the settings page from the nextgen? Please look if you use the latest version from the nextgen gallery!

  Just check out:

  Browse to “Gallery -> Options -> Effects” and select on “JavaScript Thumbnail Effect:” “own”
  Put into “Link Code:” this: class=”wmp”

  I installed the latest version of Multibox plugin and activated it. After activation I went to one of my posts, and all the content on that page was gone. No text. No photos. Nothing. I’m currently using the Unstandard theme by Derik Punsalin.

  I deactivated Multibox … everything returned to normal. Any ideas?

  No I did not get any PHP errors. If I leave Multibox in auto mode, I get this http://www.go2jo.com/images/Picture-1.jpg for any post.

  If I turn off Auto Mode the post body text and photos do return.

  I also wish that Multibox were smart enough to see Lightbox tags and use them to trigger Multibox. This way I wouldn’t have to go through every post and reconfigure my code.

  @rohin: You yousing my plugin with mootools and you have included the jquery framework. That is not a good idea You can try to use your jquery in compatibily mode. At most this works:

  I believe there is an incompatibility with MultiBox and the latest WP-Super-Cache.

  Ever since upgrading to WP-Super-Cache Multibox is taking forever to run and is exceeding the maximum PHP run time of 30seconds.

  Hi, i’m having a weird issue with the multybox when it comes to mp3 embbeding, it just wont work in the posts…instead of multibox activating and lauching the player, it just gives me the “save as” box so i can save the file to my computer. it seams to work with images, but not the mp3s, i looked at all the configs and all seam right…any ideas?

  Nice plugin. I seem to be having two small problems though.

  Both problems only happen when there is just a single image on the page.

  1. Multibox is not activated if I do not have the “Activate the slideshow in the control panel” box checked. Clicking on the image just loads the larger image in the original browser window.

  2. With a single image and the slideshow activated, the first time Multibox is loaded with the full size image everything is fine. But if I close the Multibox and then reopen it, the slideshow buttons appear on top of the title, that is, they obscure the title.

  Problem #1 isn’t a huge deal for me, because generally I like to have the slideshow anyway. But if there is a fix for problem #2 that would be great.

  Hi when I use multibox and place a link in the html it forces a line break even though there is no or in the html. So I can’t have two links on the same line. Can I remedy this?

  Hi!
  Almost everytime I open an image far down on my page, the multibox jumps to the top of the page before it comes down again and the image is displayed. How can I fix this so the image appears just right out of the link position?

  And is it possible to remove the zoom effect and just let the multibox fade and scale on the center of the screen?

  Works great but appears in random location on the screen. Is there a setting to place the popup?
